Fun & Games
This will be the place for all my side-projects, interests and anything bright and shiny that catches my eye. For now, here are a few things...

Comics
About 15 years ago I was involved with a little comic-book company called Alpha Productions. Great fun, even if some of the books I worked on seem a little cringe-worthy now. As the copies I have are beginning to show their age, I thought I'd scan 'em in for posterity.

Here's Issue #3 of Exiles, the first comic I wrote (and drew). I still like the characters and story, rough as it is. The art, though.. man. I'll eventually have all 3 published issues and half of issue #4 scanned in.

Exiles Issue 3 High-res (print optimized) PDF (22mb)

Screen optimized PDF (7mb)

Please note that these were scanned from the printed comics, not original art. The books were printed on newsprint, so there's a lot of "noise" in the scans from lightening things up.

Enjoy!

Music
Okay, take that title with a grain of salt. I may put up some good stuff from my brother Scott's band, but for now...

Outlaws Tunes!
Back in the early 80's it was the heydey of garage bands and air guitar - we didn't let little things like no training, instruments or talent keep us from making some audio magic. All we needed was a tape player, a Cassio keyboard and our inherent musical genius. The result was The Outlaws - a garage band in the truest sense - we played in a garage.

Iron Hand (MP3) - Raw heavy metal action, Cassio style!

Video Projects
One of these days I'll get around to shooting a real movie. Until then, well... I guess these will have to do. These are a couple of things I've done with my family.

New! Bloody Voodoo Sockpuppet 3. This one started in the usual way - my brothers were visiting, we had a camera and someone suddenly said "Hey, let's make movie!" This one was inspired by the classic"Bloody Voodoo Sockpuppet." Shot without a script - can you tell? ;)

Backyard Kung-fu: A video camera + too much time to kill=general idiocy. Windows Media file, about 6mb

Deadfall Trailer: We went up into northern Maine to shoot a bad horror movie. Well, it was bad alright...
Windows Media file, about 3.5mb

More fun soon!
